How do YOU make a pancake?

you take something that is not flat and you flatten it.

how do you eat a pancake?

I take buiquick combine with eggs add milk stir then pour into a hot pan slowly turning each pancake until each is perfectly done... then I consume it without syrup or other items.. I slowly nimble on them eatting them with my hands.. consuming one after another followed with a helping of some ice water and a cup of coffee...

I consider the thing part of the same process the food has a story as soon as it leaves your plate, one that ends at the plate and follows a new path through the digestive system.

But that story is important from birth/creation to death as a pancake.
