A friend of mine played eRepulik so he suggested me to join so I jumped in , I like the part of upgrading buildings and hiring employees and MUs.

I really want to get a Battle Hero trophy (emotional).

I have not understood the political system or how does the strength help in a fight.
Also what are guerilla fights.

Want to learn the game and enjoy the social aspect of eWorld.

You'll be able to snag a Battle Hero before you know it. Strength is part of a fairly complicated formula that's used to calculate how much damage you do. Guerrilla fights are a new feature that allows for 1v1 PvP. What questions can we answer for you about the political system?

Actually I dont understand the political system as a whole , what good or bad can it do to an eNation ?

Seems I will need to learn many things , but I will be patient
.

And what a lovely sight will be a Battle Hero trophy be indeed, actually I came out second in a resistance fight started by france the day before tommorrow , but I think strength does matter after all.

And what about weapons ? how do they help ?
Sometimes I get more influence by fighting an enemy with a Q7 weapon , othertimes I get lesser points , why is that.

For a quick answer about your weapon question, it's a matter of how many "hits" it takes to kill your enemy. Pressing the fight button will automatically fight/hit enough times to knock off your opponent.
