For congressional elections, what is required of a country? do they need their capital to be free, or just one unoccupied territory?

Just one unoccupied territory.

does the conquering the capital mean nothing then?

At the moment I don't think it holds any meaning other than forcing the capital to be moved to a different region if the country that lost their capital has any. I can't really be sure though, I'm not really super up to date with game mechanics.

losing a capital causes the country to lose any bonuses they might have.

all elected representatives will be automatically moved to another region if they were residents of a capital when fallen.

i can't quite remember if the movement of a capital was instant after it's loss, but for some reason i want to say there is a delay of a day or two. in either case, it will change to the highest populated region.

Is there a solid source of eUS's allies and enemies?

Not that I know of. That's a list that would change pretty frequently over time. Wish I could say "just look at the CoT/TWO membership rosters," but it is much more complicated than that.

No, currently CoT and TWO have a alliance at the moment. Which may turn into a battle between each other in the future.

a lot of countries that have no alliance choosing a side to fight for.

Battles happening all over Europe, TWO "trying" to get to eUSA, etc.

alex!!! If you need a mentor you can go find one by talking to mazzy_cat (or i could be your mentor) And to get a job in the feds just ask alexj or fawkie they are running FOP and recruitment they always need helpers!

Well, I have already msgd mazzy and never got a response, that was a while ago. And as for a job I was talking to BigC for a bit but that dropped off after I was told fawkie would msg me and that never happened. I am slightly starting to feel like I am just annoying the people i request help from.
