That was actually me. LOL. But I was changing regiments at the time in EZC. I have been a long serving captain the 13th regiment. But when I switched to the all-tank regiment I needed a new uniform, so I chose a new avatar then. And it has stuck for the past 10 months.

Probably calibrated for pressurized cabins and that would be dangerous on the ground.

Essentially it is a table inside containing every single federal aviation regulation in existance that touches your operation with you spelling out each regulation and saying if you comply with it, then when you comply with the regulation in what manual so forth and page number and section number.  If your answer is no then you best have a damn good reason for it and give it in LOC.  And that one FAR that says that every procedure must be safe... based on who you ask, by not putting every procedure as your answer you are saying they are not safe... some faa agents are not that anal.. some are.

It is a inspection of manuals to find out if the procedures policies, process managements... is safe...
Generally they search for compliance with various regulations but go further to test the actual system in ways that are not useful.  They are confusing documents that result in madness to those that open them...

Yes and Yes. I am in favor of a true universal healthcare. That means no payments for any medical needs. I think that is achievable, but not while partisan bickering hampers all attempts for anything meaningful.
Food quality is also a concern. There will always be processed low quality food while there is a market for it. And I am fairly sure there will always be said market. But we can make strides in pushing unprocessed and locally sourced foods.

In times of peace, no land size does not matter. As long as there is enough good relations and fair trades, smaller locales with high densities are not at a disadvantage as they may have been historically.

Because red is a hot color. So everything wiggles. Wiggles means losing weight. The loss of weight is often associated in a reduction of mass. And a reduction of mass usually means a reduction in potential energy. The amount of potential energy something can expel is usually correlated to strength. Which means things of less mass tend to have less strength than larger items (exceptions here being Bruce Lee and Carbon Nano-tubes).

PC games... Probably not. I only played a handful of PC games because I have rarely owned a PC capable of gaming (2008-2010 being the only time I had a PC capable of gaming. Getting my first computer only in 2006)

To do noting but train to two years before fighting.

But since that is not realistic and there are a number of players that have strength that is weak for their Division (me being one of them) I can offer the following advice in order of importance:

1) Shop around for a low damage battle (one where you can conceivably top by burning a few energy bars)
2) Know who your competition is (avoid low damage battles against players with a lot of BHs)
3) Make sure you have full energy
4) Have fighting perks (Damage Booster, Energy Bars, Bombs/Rockets)

If all of those variables look good and you drop you damage

5) Watch the battle for snipers.

This formula will not work every time. But it gives you the best chance. When shopping for battles, keep in mind that timing (three hours after reset seems to be pretty empty) and type (Resistance Wars can draw less fighters) of battle matters.

And DEFINITELY know who you are fighting against. I dumped 140 million damage in a battle one day because I did not do my research and the guy I was fighting against had 1400 BHs.

Avoid trying on days of x10 gold, unless you have bombs and EBs

It depends on what stats you mean? Me? I use a variety of stats from different places. There is the daily kill log, that can be found by viewing the MU page and viewing the specific regiment you want numbers for. This is handy for checking on who is killing how many people and who is inactive.

Another powerful tool is eGov. I track all sorts of MU stats there. I can tell how much XP everyone uses each day, the amount of damage, rank, track strength.

As well as break damage down by regiments or even Divisions.

I can even tell how many people from each Division fought.

Tracking these numbers allow for us to do a number of fun things. Most of which, I do not do. I just like the numbers and percentages. I am nerdy that way
