Hi there, I am an old rogue vet, so I don't need uniform, but it would be nice to have access to the primaries. Part of the Feds from the beginning of Pizza the hut onslaught.

Hey Belisarus!

Unfortunately it is protocol to not add new people to the 'voting population' during primaries so we can keep our numbers as representative of our regular day-to-day party as possible.

If you want to come back home to the Feds, though, I can give you full access when we're done with this vote.
