Until it gets loud enough to affect you or until they hit it. Nothing. If they get physical CPS don't intervene unless child is in immediate danger. They can be a shitty parent but if it doesn't endanger the child or get loud enough to really affect you not much you can do. As wrong as they may be it's their child.
