Judging by your join date - 04/19/2013 - you haven't been a fed on the forum for 30 days yet. This is why you still are a new fed. As such you are expected to prove your proudness and especially your hornyness every day until the party president who is also the mother/father of all life and everything that is good says it's OK for you to progress.
