Hello guys!
My name is Rhaer and I am new to the game and new to your party!
I have played E-Sim a while ago so I am somewhat familiar with games like these.

Around 92 Million people, or 1.39% of the world population speaks German.....
So that could be a good reason why he knows German. That or Google Translate. LOL

Of which about 82 milion live in Germany and 8.5 milion live in Austria so we only have 1.5 million left for the rest of the world ;)
