Anyone who is a member of the Federalist Party for more than 30 days can run for Congress.

The PP then makes the final determination.

easy now, little one, I have 23 in total, and that was before I got bored out of my skull and decided to stop running. When you do that much, including 4 in ANOTHER nation's congress, then I'll be impressed
