Tracking threads
Just a thought, don't have the default settings on every new account make them get e-mail notifications for every thread they post in ever.
That shit is annoying.

Good call... but I'm not sure how to do that, so I will keep looking into it.

Re: Tracking threads
I know you can turn that off in your preferences, but I don't know how to change the default!
I turned it off on mine. I hate that shit. I don't want to get an email unless something is on fire.

Yea, but then you won't get notices when you get a private message, which I do appreciate.

This is the one of the reasons I use my gmail to register. Flood it all you want. I never check the inbox.

Re: Tracking threads
Do people seriously use forum PMs? I thought in-game PMs sufficed and were a lot more convenient. Although, I suppose mods that abuse their powers could be watching in-game.

Re: Tracking threads
This isn't about forum PM's. It's about getting an email every time someone posts a reply in a thread you have posted in. You have to take it out of your watch list. Also, you have to add threads you haven't posted in to watch them.

Mods don't have those "powers".
