Requesting SHIELD access...again...

Hi,i've been in 2-click mode for quite a lot of time,therefore inactive on the forums.
Today i received an angry mail from my regimental cap. for not changing my uniform in time!OK,i opened the forums,logged in but...but i can't find the SHIELD section to request a new one.
My analytical mind immediately outlined the 3 most possible scenarios:
A)I'm too drunk    or dumb(or both) to see the SHIELD section.
B)The system took away my access due to inactivity.
C)*puts on a tinfoil hat* It's a conspiracy! THEY want to stop me from overtaking the planet!

Pls give me my access back before my captain kills me!(The fellow is quite skilled with that Barrett .50 cal,you know. )
