3 Day Weekend? Empty 3 Day Weekend?

So I swear one of my friends is smoking and not sharing as he suggested an interesting alternative to working and pitched it to me.

In short, you get a 3 day weekend however, you have to work 2 more hours everyday. What do you think? Would you do it? Personally I wouldn't. I am already brain dead after my day, I don't need 2 more hours tacked onto that.
