What's Your Dream Car?

Sunday evening I was playing This or That, but mostly following along as BigC and tritrekker were This or Thating classic cars. Yes, I honestly did find it interesting.

After me, my husband loves classic cars, computer programming and options trading. So being a good wife, I try to take an interest in these things.

I'm getting decent at picking out one model or year from another based on fenders or grills and what have you. And I enjoy going to car shows just to look at the pretty cars. I'm taking some free computer programming classes, and maybe one day they'll make sence. Though I think that I shall never be able to wrap my head around options trading.

Anyway...  It made me wonder if there were other car lovers out there. What's your dream car? It can be a classic or brand new. And since this isn't RL, there is no limit on price.

Below are the models we (meaning my husband) are restoring. Currently they are no where near this condition, but he assures me they will be.

But his favorite car of all time is the 1964 1/2 Galaxy 500 (in black). I won't be surprised if I ever see this drive up or be towed into my driveway. :)

Yeah, I'm more of the hardy car type. Don't care much for speed or flash, but I like the idea that I'm in the least destructible thing on the road. That said, the new Jeeps look like SHIT. This rebranding thing they've continued to pursue since a few years back to look like 'sleek' SUV's is painfully awful. I like the classic Jeep look.
